They are the lowest cost provider of brokerage services and the largest U.S. electronic broker based on daily average revenue trades executing 850,000 trades per day.
Right now they are looking to hire a Senior Web App Developer to be a key player in one of their company’s most critical initiatives, as they both expand their trading app offerings and modernize their UI using Vue.js toolkit.

Tasks:
  • Build or adapt current JavaScript libraries for high performance, real-time browser connectivity, data parsing, error handling, context passing and more
  • Spend 90% of their time doing hands-on coding
  • Work well on a team of intelligent, intense and fast-moving co-workers
Must-have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, or related area
  • 5+ years of commercial software development experience with an emphasis on single-page web app development
  • Expert level knowledge of front-end web technologies
  • Hands-on experience with at least one Javascript framework - React.js/Vue.js/Angular.js (The company is using Vue.js)
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude and be technically oriented
  • The ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Good English written/verbal communication skills
