They were the organizers of Euruko and back in the day they also started Rails Girls.
Description
Tasks:
- Work as an advisor to customers, helping them find the path in the digital world
- Build web, native and hybrid apps
- There is also plenty to work with and the ability to have an impact in DevOps if that side at all tickles your fancy
Must-have:
- Preferably minimum 4-5 years of experience in the field/in Rails (but we are also willing to meet with people of a minimum of three years of experience, if they have other capabilities for the role)
- Maturity and ability to take responsibility for the projects together with the team
- Experience in implementing backend services with a well-designed REST (or GraphQL) API will be needed to succeed
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in building apps from scratch (set up etc) is a big advantage
- Consultancy experience or experience with working with different stakeholders is a big advantage
- Experience with frontend technologies
- Mobile background
- Finnish is an advantage, but we are an English-speaking company. However, English skills need to be fluent and easily understandable for our Finnish customers.
