Description
Right now the company is setting up its new office in Helsinki and is looking for a Junior Linux System Administrator to join the infrastructure team. You will be focusing on configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Linux VM clusters, as well as configuring and optimizing a range of infrastructure applications and improving existing technologies to meet new business requirements.
NOTE: The company is willing to consider candidates only from Finland.
Must-have skills:
- Experience building, configuring, and hardening Linux servers (RHEL, Centos, Ubuntu)
- Some experience with cloud/VM infrastructure (ESX, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Basic networking skills
- Fluent Finnish
Nice-to-have skills:
- Some coding/scripting ability, particularly in Python
- Some experience with orchestration tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible
- Some experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic/Kibana
- Some experience with Active Directory authentication, group policies
