Right now the company is looking for a Principal Test Engineer who will use his/her knowledge of testing to influence better software design, promote good engineering practice, bug prevention strategies, testability, security, scalability and reliability.In this role, you will not only managing the technology, but also the people who work with the technology. The company is looking for someone who has situational leadership skills, is a strong communicator and is able to manage up and down.

- 10 + years of experience in software development
- 5+ years in a test role and team lead
- IT leadership experience (e.g. team lead, technical lead, technical project lead or similar).
Good to have skills:
- A technical master’s degree
- Deep understanding of development processes and practices, like Scrum, XP, CI/CD
- Deep understanding of software engineering in testing practices like fuzzy testing
- Professional knowledge of automation testing tools and procedures, like Selenium or BrowserStack
- Professional knowledge of related fields, like security, networking, etc
