We're looking for a Java Tech Lead for Europe’s leading online platform for fashion, connecting customers, brands and partners across 17 markets. As a Java Tech Lead you will own the overarching architectural design and execution of the latest scalable logistics platform for same-day, last-mile delivery in multiple locations across Europe.Tasks: 
  • Create a robust and end-to-end partner-facing platform which enables seamless same-day and next day evening deliveries and allows for an automated supplier as well as partner onboarding, routing optimization and automated reporting as required by partners and suppliers in multiple locations across Europe
  • Lead a team of software engineers and product specialists to fulfill the 4D product lifecycle and to implement user-friendly, customer-centric solutions
  • Drive the strategic vision of the product while balancing existing and anticipated technological complexity
  • Significant leadership experience, you have led cross-functional teams in a global e-commerce or logistics company in tech
  • A solid background in software engineering, working in Java, with a strong understanding of core priorities, KPI’s and underlying system architecture
  • Effective communication skills in English, ability to understand and translate business and user requirements across teams and senior leadership
  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related fields
