Full-Stack Go Developer

Our client creates software solutions to transform how corporate treasurers globally manage FX, connecting business intelligence and analytics capabilities directly to transparent financial market data.The company is at the forefront of modernizing workflows for corporate treasurers around the world. They want to liberate treasurers from opaque market pricing, and repetitive, error-prone workflows, freeing them to focus on more strategic activities. The company will become the connectivity hub that links transparent financial data, risk analytics and market liquidity for businesses around the world.
Now, they are in a search of an experienced developer to design and develop features for the company’s cloud FX and financial risk management platform, working across the full stack.
Tech stack: 
  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, Stencil.js, GraphQL
  • Backend: Go, gRPC, Java 11, PostgreSQL
  • Platform: Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Tooling: Your choice of laptop, GitLab, Bazel, Slack

Must have skills: 
  • Demonstrable proficiency with some combination of Go, React.js, TypeScript and GraphQL.
  • An eye for detail and ability to build things that don't only work, but look and feel great too. 
  • Ability to practice modern software development techniques such as unit testing, continuous integration & distributed version control. 
  • a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or other STEM subject.
  • Strong English skills
Good to have skills:
  • a Master’s degree in software engineering or another relevant field.
  • Experience in developing gRPC services.
  • Experience in working with Web Components, using Stencil.js or similar.
  • Publicly available projects and code that the company can take a look at.
