Cloud Software Developer

Taurob develops and offers fully autonomous ground robots for routine operations and inspection on industrial sites. Their robots can perform missions under harsh environmental conditions (e.g. rain, cold, explosive gas) and gather video, audio, and sensor data. This data is transmitted in real-time to the cloud where it is further analyzed and processed (e.g. detection of gas leaks or corrosion degradation).
  • Developing flexible solutions for cloud-based robotic fleet management, adaptable for multiple customers with different use-cases
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining stable cloud software, communicating with different robot fleets all over the world
  • Focus on the back-end, to help to develop and improve the user interfaces and visualization tools
  • Working closely with other team members on product innovation and troubleshooting
  • Providing support in preparation of product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept
  • Automated testing and documentation of your code in the CI/CD pipeline
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming and Linux environment
  • Python, JavaScript, Node.js and frontend frameworks (React, or Angular, or Vue)
  • SQL
  • Docker, Kubernetes, OAuth2, Networking
  • Cloud technologies (AWS, or Azure, or GCP etc.)
  • Professional ability in the English language
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Flexibility and excellent team-working ability
  • Academician background in computer science
  • Background in robotics
  • Experience with Git 
  • Team players, ability to work under pleasure
