Description
Tasks:
- Contribute to the backend of Tset's core product with a focus on high-quality, maintainable code
- Collaborate in a cross-functional feature team (Product, Frontend, Customer Success)
- Deliver features and improvements aligned with strategic company goals
- Work on diverse backend challenges — from implementation and refactoring to performance and reliability
- Learn from and contribute to a knowledge-sharing engineering culture, driven by curiosity and high standards
Must-have:
- 2–4+ years of backend development experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring, or similar
- Good knowledge of relational databases and fundamentals of backend system design
- Practical experience with the Spring ecosystem (e.g., Spring Boot)
- Interest in modern software architecture and the JVM ecosystem
- A structured, analytical mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude
- Proficiency in English for clear collaboration in an international team
Nice-to-have:
- Prior exposure to cost calculation / manufacturing / cost drivers domain
