Description
Tasks:
- Combine scripting and data analysis skills to support the sales team building proofs of concept of the company’s software for large-scale industry customers
- Build on top of growing REST API solutions which analyse and transform data
- Develop prototypes of future products. Maintain a set of boilerplates so this can happen fast. Create quick and convincing solutions showcasing product ideas
- Contribute to data analysis and machine learning tasks as part of client projects and/or feature prototyping
- Deploy solutions independently
Must-have skills:
- Quantitative background with good experience in data analysis and machine learning (about 3 years)
- Experience in rapid prototyping with REST APIs and quick development of user interfaces (e.g. Python Dash)
- Competent use of Python for scripting and data analysis, e.g. pandas, scipy, numpy, and matplotlib
- Experience with SQL
- Readiness to take over project management tasks and interact with clients
- Good communication skills and fluency in English
- Active interest in what our clients do, the industry development and what problems our software solves
Nice-to-have skills:
- Background in software-as-a-service, enterprise software, automotive/manufacturing industry, B2B sales, project management
- Background with (first) experience in data analysis and machine learning
- Java and/or Kotlin
- AWS
- Figma, mock-up drawing
- Fluent in German
