Python Data Analyst

Tasks:
  • Combine scripting and data analysis skills to support the sales team building proofs of concept of the company’s  software for large-scale industry customers
  • Build on top of growing REST API solutions which analyse and transform data
  • Develop prototypes of future products. Maintain a set of boilerplates so this can happen fast. Create quick and convincing solutions showcasing product ideas
  • Contribute to data analysis and machine learning tasks as part of client projects and/or feature prototyping
  • Deploy solutions independently
Must-have skills:
  • Quantitative background with good experience in data analysis and machine learning (about 3 years)
  • Experience in rapid prototyping with REST APIs and quick development of user interfaces (e.g. Python Dash)
  • Competent use of Python for scripting and data analysis, e.g. pandas, scipy, numpy, and matplotlib
  • Experience with SQL
  • Readiness to take over project management tasks and interact with clients
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English
  • Active interest in what our clients do, the industry development and what problems our software solves
Nice-to-have skills:
  • Background in software-as-a-service, enterprise software, automotive/manufacturing industry, B2B sales, project management
  • Background with (first) experience in data analysis and machine learning
  • Java and/or Kotlin

  • Fluent in German
