Games Producer

Tallinn, Estonia
Gamesys is a Bally’s Corporation company and forms part of one of the world’s leading entertainment providers, with tens of millions of players and thousands of employees across the globe. They work only under license and take into account the laws of each country in which they operate. Unlike many companies in the industry, they believe that the main thing is the user's entertainment. Therefore, the company carefully looks at the fact that people would not lose all their money, but rather enjoy the game.
Now they are looking for a hands-on, capable Game Producer/Project Manager to deliver games on target and budget. The Game Producer/Project Manager shouldn’t be afraid to ask questions when they don't know something, who challenges accepted practices, and always tries to look under the covers. Since this role will see the individual talking to a lot of different stakeholders plus 3rd parties, they need to enjoy communicating just as much as tuning their plans and reports. This is an important role for both higher management and team members alike.

  • Work closely with a range of different internal and external stakeholders, and 3rd Parties of the business to identify opportunities for growth or process improvement to best deliver games
  • Provide regular status updates to Team leads, 3rd Parties and management on Game Project status, milestones, and cost
  • Keep track of the compliance requirements and prepare the games for certification
  • Define game release plans and follow through with execution to live
Manage and help to prioritize the backlog following business needs
Identify and help to manage underperformance and/or conflicts
  • In collaboration with the PMO help with optimizing capacity and resource allocation
