Description
Right now they're looking for the Frontend Team Lead who is highly motivated and wants to grow as a hands-on team leader alongside the growth of Multilogin products and organization. Must-have skills:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as Engineering Team Lead, working with a product engineering teams,
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, including architecture definition and design of server-client applications,
- Expert in JavaScript and Angular,
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems,
- Strongly goal-oriented, pragmatic way of working and a good business sense,
- Demanding and motivating spirit, sense of urgency,
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, strength in mentoring,
- Client focused,
- Excellent language skills in English,
- Experience and confidence working remotely and independently as well as collaborating with distributed team members on asynchronous communications
