QA Engineer and Release Manager

There are over 1500 suppliers and 5500 shops in Telema network. Annually, more than 25 million documents are exchanged. Majority of clients are in the Baltic States, but Telema services support business information flow in around 70 countries globally.
QA Engineer and Release Manager will join the team and take responsibility for the quality and release management of Telema’s eFlow product. This is a hands-on role focused on testing coordination, release process ownership, and continuous quality improvement.

Tasks:
  • Coordinate and manage testing activities across functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation
  • Oversee and manage the product release process, including planning, staging, and deployment readiness
  • Ensure transparency and alignment between QA, development, and product teams
  • Improve QA processes, identify gaps, and implement best practices
  • Support the introduction and evolution of test automation where relevant
Must-have:
  • Experience in software testing and release coordination in an agile environment
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and documentation standards
  • Ability to plan and lead testing efforts across different releases and sprints
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and practices is a plus
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage parallel testing efforts
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A team player who works well with developers, testers, and product owners
