Description
QA Engineer and Release Manager will join the team and take responsibility for the quality and release management of Telema’s eFlow product. This is a hands-on role focused on testing coordination, release process ownership, and continuous quality improvement.
Tasks:
- Coordinate and manage testing activities across functional, regression, and integration testing
- Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation
- Oversee and manage the product release process, including planning, staging, and deployment readiness
- Ensure transparency and alignment between QA, development, and product teams
- Improve QA processes, identify gaps, and implement best practices
- Support the introduction and evolution of test automation where relevant
Must-have:
- Experience in software testing and release coordination in an agile environment
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and documentation standards
- Ability to plan and lead testing efforts across different releases and sprints
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and practices is a plus
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage parallel testing efforts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A team player who works well with developers, testers, and product owners
