Lead Vue Developer

Tasks:
  • Create and improve Aibidia’s UI (table components, drag & drop tree hierarchies, and other ways of presenting data)
  • Define key functionalities together with the product team
  • Collaborate with their product and design teams to create innovative and user-friendly features and work closely with the back-end team too
  • Act as a hiring manager for new developers with the help of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Lead and mentor other developers in the team – you'll get plenty of support for all people matters from their dedicated People team
  • Follow your developers’ overall performance and help them to overcome roadblocks
Must-have:
  • 7 years of development experience in general
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead/Mentor
  • 2+ years of experience with TypeScript and JavaScript
  • 4 years of experience with any modern JavaScript framework (Vue.js is preferred)
  • Can work independently as well as in a team, mentor others and help them
  • Can work in a fast-growing startup environment, without clear specifications
  • Fluent English (C1-C2)
