MoVal is a Finnish services company providing high-level IT expertise combined with business area-specific know-how. The company helps with project management, software development and deployment, cloud development etc.

Right now, they are looking for a Solution Analyst/Scrum Master for the corporate customer team, which is responsible for the online service for corporate customers. As a Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for the team's agile principles, ceremonies and improving the team's efficiency and creativity in order to achieve the set goals. You'll have to maintain a positive atmosphere in the team and help the team remove any obstacles to work. In addition, you'll support the product owner (PO) in preparing things on the backlog. If necessary, you'll be also responsible for describing the development needs of various online service processes and systems together with the customer business and other experts in the team. 
Now the work is done fully remotely because of Covid, but in the future, most of it will be done on customer premises in Helsinki.
