Description
Tasks:
- Create a sound technical architecture based on our business needs. You have seen both legacy and modern tech stacks and have your own idea of how things should be built
- You should be comfortable with writing actual code. Newil&Bau is still a small team so everyone needs to be hands-on at this stage
- Recruiting, mentoring, and coaching your team members is an important part of this job
Must-have:
- The company is flexible about the tech stack because this developer will have an opportunity to decide which stack to work with
- The candidate should have strong hands-on skills with full-stack development
- Strong leadership experience
- Advanced English
Nice-to-have:
- Knowing Finnish is useful
