The service already responds to over 100M requests daily and is being built for a lot larger scale. The work involves lots of green-field development and solving interesting problems. They are trusted by leading retail brands in over 100 countries worldwide, including brands like Volcom and FlightClub.
They are hiring a Product Manager to help shape the future of their product. You’ll be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, from discovery and delivery of new products to optimizing the existing product portfolio.

You’ll be working closely with designers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to build awesome products that enable brands to get maximum value and a great experience from using Nosto’s Commerce Experience platform. The exact focus area can reflect your special area of expertise or interest. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, internal teams and other stakeholders to shape the vision for the product 
  • Shape and communicate the expected outcomes and lead the delivery process by working with product designers and the engineering team
  • Identify product opportunities and make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
  • Work with senior management to influence long-term objectives 
  • Coordinate cross-functional working groups, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are achieved
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to align on product packaging, messaging and internal presentation / communication
  • Develop and analyze metrics that indicate the success of products and instill a data-driven mindset in the team
  • Be the voice of their customer in all aspects of product development and delivery
  • Act as a ‘product champion’ and internal point of reference for capabilities and applications of the platform
Must-have:

  • Previous experience of working as a product manager on B2B products or services
  • Clear and credible track record of product management process skills
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customer problems and translate complex business needs to margin-enhancing solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and and understanding of how to best communicate to different audiences
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and related tools
