Project Management Contractor

Please note that the project described below is a contractor role where work is usually done on an hourly basis. The duration of the project is also fixed. In order to work as a contractor, you typically need to have an individual entrepreneurship, limited liability company or invoice via a co-operative using a service for light entrepreneurship.

When you accept the project, we will sign a time and materials based subcontracting agreement between Toughbyte and your legal entity before you start work. We provide all the necessary help with arranging interviews and negotiations between you and the client, and will also going be the ones to send the invoices for your work.
This is an organization responsible for developing and managing cybersecurity in the company's operations globally. Over the past few years, they have built a small, talented team of security professionals focused on enterprise, industrial and product security. They have modernized their enterprise cybersecurity to limit risks in our day-to-day operations. They have built the foundations for industrial cybersecurity and are increasingly focused on product cybersecurity. Cybersecurity is not only technical, they emphasize the importance of creating a culture where everyone plays a role in ensuring the security of their solutions.
Requirements:
  • Must have skills: Strong Agile development methodology knowledge and practice as PM supporting Agile development processes. Ability to manage dynamic project load with multiple streams, multiple stakeholders, complex organization.
  • Nice to have: Exposure to cybersecurity concepts and projects, particularly in Operations space (cybersecurity monitoring, cybersecurity incident response)
The responsibilities will include:
  1. Project management support/liaison between managed security services provider and the client's stakeholders during transition and transformation project which commences April 2021 and runs through July 2021. 
  2. Provide ongoing project management support for the company's cybersecurity operations and our stakeholders including managed security service provider, including support for a continuous development programme for cybersecurity monitoring of the company's products and services. Additionally, provide PM support for miscellaneous project needs during the execution of the company's cybersecurity operations overall programme.
