Description
Our client is a Silicon Valley based startup of a cloud-based platform designed to outsource information work to robots. The company is set out to change robotic process automation licensing and delivery models by creating a cloud-native platform based on open source technologies, providing users with automated digital routines. The company is now looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer to lead a new project - building a new browser extension for Chrome for running JavaScript-based automation routines. Key responsibilities:
- To kick-off and lead a special project directly overseen by the CEO;
- To build a new browser extension for Chrome for running JavaScript-based automation routines;
- Developing open-source libraries.
Must-have skills:
- Extensive experience with JavaScript;
- Some experience with TypeScript
- Experience producing proofs-of-concept;
- Product mindset, hacker mentality, independent thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Browser extension experience;
- Collaboration inside open-source communities.
