Description
The company is looking for a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer with a strong focus on UX . This role is crucial in helping to scale the product, enhance user experience, and alleviate the current UX bottleneck:
Tasks:
Tasks:
- Implement high-quality, maintainable UX front-end features using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces
- Collaborate with the co-founder and team to define, critique, and improve UX decisions
- Advocate for users and product goals, ensuring design choices align with both usability and engineering best practices
- Contribute to front-end architecture and ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability
- Support the team in moving from “engineer-driven” design to product/UX-driven design
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile development processes
Must-have:
- React.js, Next.js, TypeScript
- Ability to implement Figma mockups into production-ready interfaces
- Strong UX/product mindset
- Ability to challenge and debate UX choices constructively
- Experience delivering high-quality, maintainable front-end UX
- Experience in B2B/B2C products
- Experience with Figma
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with Slackbot UX and limitations of Slack Block Kit
- Experience with design systems (Storybook, Figma components)
- Experience in startup environments
- Ability to handle ambiguity, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-moving environment
- Experience or interest in building tools leveraging LLMs or other AI technologies to improve product experience
