The team of three cofounders is looking for their first Founding Engineer to join them and help to scale the company's customer base. You’ll be:

- Owning new high-impact projects end-to-end
- Collaborating closely with customers to understand their needs and designing product experiences that solve their challenges
- Developing scalable systems and creating intuitive user experiences
Must-have:
- Solid Backend or Full-Stack Experience
- Ability to design and build scalable systems
- Experience working directly with B2B customers, turning feedback quickly into product features
- Ability to switch between engineering, architecture, product, and DevOps tasks
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in an early-stage startup
- UX sense: building simple, intuitive interfaces for blue-collar users
- Knowledge of ML/AI and/or video technologies
