Full-Stack Team Lead

Made2flow is a tech company that specializes in data gathering and analysis of environmental data in the fashion industry. They developed multiple solutions (machine-based technology) to facilitate data gathering, data validation, and analysis to ensure an easy and seamless process.

They empower brands to develop sustainable supply chains, produce products with lower environmental impact, and reach their Science-based targets.

Their customers are fashion brands and suppliers located worldwide.
 Tasks:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team to build a world-class SaaS platform
  • Drive the engineering strategy and influence product planning to achieve business goals, by understanding Made2Flow's value proposition and its product vision
  • Be the technical thought leader on product architecture and develop a strategy where our engineering team should be in one to two years from now
  • Ensure that the Engineering team operates effectively and efficiently while delivering a scalable and reliable platform
  • Plan and execute a hiring strategy and scale the engineering team 
  • Communicate your ideas, feedback, and challenges to the leadership team, highlighting potential risks and opportunities
  • Code (Hands-on)
Must-have:
  • 3+ years experience leading a team of 4+ engineers
  • Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes on AWS
  • Experience working with remote teams, and direct responsibility for goal setting, performance measurement, and hiring/firing decisions
  • Proficient understanding and deep knowledge of architectural & infrastructure patterns and agile methodologies
  • Technical expertise in software development, software architecture, quality assurance, cloud infrastructure, and automated deployments
  • Exceptional people and communication skills with a high degree of empathy
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to set and achieve business goals based on measurable objectives
Nice-to-have:
  • Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm 
  • Experience working in a growing software company that scaled its team under your leadership
  • Experience in SaaS businesses
