UI/UX Designer

Tasks:
  • Own the design for one of the products and continuously strive to improve its usability and user experience via modern, clean, and functional design
  • Lead with the Product Manager the discovery process to help shape the problem and solution spaces
  • Analyze and develop a deep understanding of user flows, types, needs, and motivations to identify problems and requirements
  • Draft smart designs, build mock-ups quickly, and validate hypotheses
  • Develop solutions together with the team, elaborating them into pixel-perfect UI designs
  • Work closely with PMs and Devs to support the implementation process and quickly deliver high-quality output
  • Maintain a high standard of design methodologies as part of the broader design team
Must-have:
  • Several years of experience working on both UX & UI with a proven track record of designing intuitive & usable interfaces, for web and mobile apps
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a similar field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in direct collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for the implementation of designs
  • Experience conducting user research and facilitating discovery activities
  • Advanced skills in Figma
  • Experience with launching digital products, ideally in a startup environment & in a Scrum or Kanban team
  • Dedication to delivering an excellent user experience and a good eye for detail
  • Passionate about good design and good design practices, including keeping up with the latest trends and standards
  • Fluency in English required
