The service already responds to over 100M requests daily and is being built for a lot larger scale. The work involves lots of green-field development and solving interesting problems. They are trusted by leading retail brands in over 100 countries worldwide, including brands like Volcom and FlightClub.
Nosto was founded in 2011 and created an AI-powered Segmentation and Content Personalization E-commerce Intelligence Engine. Now, they are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join their team in Berlin, Germany, or in Helsinki, Finland. In this role, you will join a growing global organization that strives to offer the world’s first commerce experience platform to a wide range of customers and brands in the e-commerce space.

Tasks:
  • Lead Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations area
  • Maintain and develop business systems (such as Salesforce and Marketo)
  • Participate in cross-departmental development activities and projects related to processes, data, and integrations
  • Participate in the internal end-user support
  • Depending on your skills and interests maintaining and developing our business data warehouse can be included into the role (requires SQL skills)
Stack: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketo, Catalyst, Excel, SQL, PostgreSQL

Must-have:
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (no APEX or VisualForce skills required)
  • Common understanding of business processes, IT systems, and integrations
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as information systems
  • Fluent English
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with Marketo or any marketing automation tool
  • Experience with Catalyst or any customer success tool
  • Experience in working within SaaS business and with system and data integrations, ERP and/or CRM - systems
  • Experience in system support and development
  • Experience in working with API's
  • Experience in data warehousing
