Nationwide, around 240 employees at 15 locations (Bautzen, Berlin, Bremen, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Freiburg, Hamburg, Hanover, Hof, Cologne, Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Wiesbaden) look after more than 10,000 customers with more than 10,000 assets to be managed than four billion euros.
With your work as QA Test Responsible, you lay the foundation for the quality of their various software modules in frontend (TypeScript), backend (Golang, Typescript) as well as their APP (SwiftUI and Kotlin). With your system experience you contribute to the further development of their test scenarios/processes, e.g., in test automation and definition.

Tasks:
  • Specification of requirements: 
    • Recording and appropriate validation of requirements together with the Product Owner, Scrum Master 
    • Reviewing user stories to identify and consider dependencies and potential impacts
    • Creating test plans and defining workflows for the respective software tests in close coordination with their development teams and business units
  • Writing test cases and end-to-end tests:
    • Creation of test cases for software testing during the acceptance of tasks in the specification phase 
    • Creation of test cases based on various test types covering both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Manual testing:
    • Identifying root causes of defects and vulnerabilities using manual and automated testing methods
  • Live Testing and Test Report Writing:
    • Performing various live tests to ensure there are no unwanted bugs or side effects after products go live
    • Independently maintain documentation and evaluate your test results with subsequent reviews
Must-have:
  • A degree in science or technology, e.g. mathematics or computer science
  • More important than your qualification is your experience in software testing and quality assurance as well as in structured test setup and test execution
  • Experience working with React and Go
  • You have mobile testing experience (Kotlin and SwiftUI)
  • You have an ISTQB certification
  • With your analytical flair, you get to the bottom of things and like to search for errors - in doing so, you are guided by your high quality standards
  • You quickly grasp when something is stuck and can classify software and system requirements from different areas from a technical point of view
  • You approach your projects independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner and also prove yourself as a solution-oriented team player
  • You bring experience in the area of cloud services and may also have an AWS certification
  • You have experience with AWS cloud and know how to use services such as AWS Inspector, AWS Device Farm, AWS Step Functions, AWS Amplify
  • Various log systems based on AWS should not be an issue for you and terms like Selenium should not be a foreign concept to you
