React Developer - Outfits Program

As a Frontend Engineer in the Outfits Program, you will join the mission of inspiring millions of online shop's customers with looks they’ll love. You will build engaging experiences that spark emotion through relatable content. You will work closely with designers and product managers, combining aesthetics and usability to build best in class user experiences. You will enable influencers and creators to share high-quality outfit content to delight customers. 

Tasks: 
  • Implement a high-performance user experience with state-of-the-art technologies. You develop & improve the software in short release cycles with agile methods
  • Work closely with Product and Design in designing and delivering experiences for millions of consumers and influencers
  • Interact with various teams and stakeholders with many different backgrounds and with a large spectrum of competencies
  • Own and manage your applications from technical design to testing, deployment and operation in an agile environment
  • Contribute to inspiring and connecting our engineering team while ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement
  • Contributing to our growing tech community and encouraging knowledge sharing
Must have: 
  • At least 4 years of solid experience in web application development
  • Strong experience in React, Typescript/JavaScript and frontend state management
  • Experience in testing JavaScript frontend code with unit and integration tests 
  • Good knowledge of modern end-to-end testing frameworks and strategies
  • Knowledge of REST OR GraphQL clients 
  • Effective communication skills in English 
Nice to have: 
  • Experience in DevOps, AWS and UI/UX design is a plus

  3. Culture fit interview with HR for 30 mins
  4. Tech interview (90 mins)
  5. The final up to 4 hours with 4 interviews (with breaks): general tech; coding; system design; culture fit
Unfortunately, no. You will be able to start working only when you are based in Berlin. During COVID it's possible to work partly remotely, but the company is not planning to move to the fully-remote mode in the foreseeable future.
