Description
Tasks:
- Collaborate closely with the Support team to address and resolve clients' problems or complaints.
- Check for usability and understandability of new features, perform a final release test
- Review those updates of Microsoft Office products, install and test them in detail
- Test new hardware as the company is working with tablets, PCs, docking stations, smartphones etc.
- Reliably reproduce the error in detail to fully understand, and subsequently resolve, the problem
Must-have:
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
- 1+ years experience in manual or black box testing
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
- Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Precise, systematic and detail-oriented approach
- High self-motivation
- Independent learner who enjoys being challenged
