Tasks:
  • Collaborate closely with the Support team to address and resolve clients' problems or complaints.  
  • Check for usability and understandability of new features, perform a final release test
  • Review those updates of Microsoft Office products, install and test them in detail
  • Test new hardware as the company is working with tablets, PCs, docking stations, smartphones etc.
  • Reliably reproduce the error in detail to fully understand, and subsequently resolve, the problem
Must-have:
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
  • 1+ years experience in manual or black box testing
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Precise, systematic and detail-oriented approach 
  • High self-motivation
  • Independent learner who enjoys being challenged
