Description
Tasks:
- Lead one of Vivy's E2E work streams encompassing mobile, web, and backend
- Shape the vision of their product and manage the roadmap; prioritize the work in a way that your team always works on the most impactful things with the highest value to the user
- Use insights from both quantitative and qualitative in-house research to constantly evaluate how Vivy's product solves the problems of their users
- Know how to scope features as small as possible to ship them early and use the feedback of company's users to iteratively improve the product
- Define clear user stories with acceptance criteria but also documents bigger epics with all project documentation and requirements in confluence pages
- Lead the team through the challenges of compliance and security requirements (SDLC, PII)
- Collaborate with the rest of the Product team to ensure the value they deliver as a team is adding up (align the sprint goals, remove blockers and dependencies)
- Manage releases for Android and iOS platform
- Monitor and optimize processes within the team
- Work with other stakeholders like business development, legal and compliance, security, operations, or customer service to ensure that the desire economic and operational KPIs are defined and met
Must-have:
- 6+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, preferably in a Digital Health, Medical or Fintech company
- Technical background B.S. Computer Science or related field is a plus
- Highly passionate to create outstanding products while reducing complexity
- Understanding of complex technical architecture for modern web and mobile applications
- Experience with easy-to-use B2B and SaaS applications is a plus
- Outgoing and open-minded person that is able to motivate, lead, and inspire a team to go the extra mile, same as you do
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, stress resistance and passion to solve big challenges in a simple way
- Fluent in English is a must
Nice-to-have:
- Proven experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology company and/or in the healthcare industry, and be a creative thinker who thrives on owning the process from start to finish
