Tasks:
  • You are responsible for personnel management, the recording of ongoing, changing needs in the company
  • You keep track of current and future required skills in the company, collaborate with managers on new hires, and communicate continuing education needs and further training measures
  • You are responsible for applicant management and personnel recruitment processes, including the creation and publishing of job advertisements as well as examining incoming applications and responsible for conducting job interviews
  • In addition, there is the joint development of strategic HR projects with the management and the independent further development of these
  • You independently support and advise specialists and managers as well as young talents (incl. Interns, working students, apprentices, and trainees) in all topics and also take care of them and the well-being of remote workers
  • You are also responsible for the complete and independent organization of trainee and trainee programs including recruiting, onboarding, and support
  • Carrying out the annual employee survey and employer banding (e.g. at universities) as well as the internal offer of employee benefits is another part of your activities
  • You also act as an interface to personnel accounting
  • You are involved in contract preparations and adjustments, on-/offboarding, sick notes, etc
  • You act as a contact person for the company's employees and managers
  • Align your work with employee satisfaction and company success
Must-have:
  • You have a well-completed degree with a focus on human resources, business psychology, or a comparable training or professional qualification
  • You have relevant professional experience that makes you fit in all common HR processes
  • You impress with a particularly strong understanding of people and can connect with people inspiring you to take them with you while maintaining a very positive and open attitude
  • You already have several years of experience and were able to conduct interviews with applicants, ideally, gain initial knowledge of labor law
  • You have business fluent German and English skills
  • You also have very good user knowledge of all common Office products and an affinity for it 
  • Numbers and analytical thinking skills
  • Sensitivity and discretion
  • You are characterized by a committed, responsible, and careful working style
  • Teamwork, organizational skills, and reliability are a given to you
