Rieckermann‘s service portfolio covers the entire value chain and project scope of industrial plant developments in various industries: from single-unit machines and equipment to complete production lines.
Now the company is looking for an IT Administrator to join their team onsite in Monzingen:

Tasks:
  • Provide daily technical support for end-users via phone, email, Teams, or walk-up (e.g., Office 365, Intune-managed devices, HaloITSM tickets), resolve tickets, and ensure SLA compliance
  • Diagnose and resolve common issues like login problems, software glitches, hardware faults, and connectivity (escalate complex cases to senior or regional IT administrators)
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date computer inventory records
  • Guide users on self-service tools, workflows, and best practices without requiring admin privileges
  • Assist in coordinating and delivering business project objectives, alignment, and close collaboration with the project manager
  • Assist in project update, progress report, resources, timeline, financial and cost tracking
  • Assisting in risk mitigation, troubleshooting and solving issues
  • Assists in scheduling meetings and setting agendas for project meetings
  • Updating assigned project reports
  • Help with user impact assessments during system changes or migrations
  • Quality assurance, for example, through collating data, auditing, or compliance checks
  • Helping to ensure system users comply with the trained processes and workflows
  • Ensuring proper documentation for each task, process, system configuration, or customization
  • Manage internal stakeholder communications clearly and professionally
  • Conducting basic training for users
  • Maintain/Create support document knowledge base articles for self-help
  • Perform network/server monitoring, backups and recovery, and patch management in alignment with System Admin Team guidance
Must-have:
  • Degree in Computer Science, or any other relevant field to Information Technology
  • 4+ years of work experience in an equivalent position
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Entra basics) and endpoint troubleshooting
  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g., HaloITSM)
  • Experience in project support, preferably CRM, SharePoint, or another relevant IT project implementation
  • Relevant industry certifications or completed training, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, are preferred
  • Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN firewalls
  • Server administration: Windows Server/Active Directory, virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Effective planning, analytical and implementation skills
Nice-to-have:
  • Knowledge of the Fortinet product
  • Azure basics
  • Experience in managing telephone and IP phone systems, including VoIP troubleshooting and PBX support
