HOLOGATE is on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Senior Game Producer to join their passionate team.

As a Senior Game Producer, you will not only be at the forefront of driving their projects to new heights but will also play a pivotal role in steering the direction of immersive experiences as a whole. If you’re a seasoned immersive producer with a proven track record, possess an understanding of VR technology, and thrive in an environment that fosters creativity and innovation, we want to hear from you.

Tasks:
  • Spearhead an interdisciplinary development team through all stages of production in close cooperation with the Head of Development and other
  • Develop comprehensive production plans, establishing a foundation for team success
  • Inspire to create captivating and innovative games and simulations
  • Guide and motivate, provide support, and communicate clearly
  • Stay informed about industry trends, inspiring the team to push boundaries
Must-have:
  • Familiarity with agile techniques and traditional production management
  • Experience in tracking complex projects using project tracking software and providing support in unblocking issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in VR/AR or games 
Nice-to-have:
  • Understanding of restrictions and possibilities in VR
  • Understanding of VR game development with Unreal
  • Passion for VR, games, Mixed Reality, and new technologies.
