HOLOGATE is seeking a highly motivated IT Support to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day support of their clients and ensure their business’s smooth and efficient running. The IT Support will work in flexible shifts to ensure that their products and services meet the needs of clients.

  • Remote support for hard- and software
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Prioritize and manage open cases at one time
  • Test and evaluate new technology
  • A good memory of how software and operating systems work
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills
  • The ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A strong customer focus
  • German and English – fluent
