UXR/UI Designer

As an experienced and creative UX Researcher and UI designer, you will help drive their enterprise training and simulation interfaces from MVP to full-fledged products. Conducting comprehensive UX research, you will shape recommendations and create a flexible design.

Tasks:
  • Conduct thorough UX research in collaboration with the product manager to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences
  • Create detailed user personas and customer journeys to inform the design process and ensure a user-centered approach
  • Develop UX thesis based on research findings to guide the design direction and decision-making process
  • Design and develop segmented proof of concepts / thesis using Click Dummy user testing to validate and refine ideas
  • Generate interface concepts that effectively address the complex system and user tasks involved
  • Overhaul the existing MVP UI with a "one UI" approach, ensuring consistency and seamless integration for various products
  • Continuously adapt and optimize the design system to meet evolving features and demands, ensuring a future-proof solution
Must-have:
  • Advanced proficiency in UXR
  • Advanced skills in UI design
  • Skilled in creating design systems
  • Proficient in common UI/Wireframe/Useflow/Clickdummy tools (e.g., Figma, InVision)
  • Experienced in conducting user testing
  • Involvement or lead in UXR and UI projects
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and Java
  • Fluent German and English
