Retorio is developing an AI-based application that helps companies make better HR decisions by using AI and psychology. It analyzes people's personality from a video with AI and gives data-driven insights about personality and soft skills to make decisions in recruiting, onboarding and talent development.
The company is looking for the Tech Lead to making decisions about the product's development direction and using technologies and for taking care of the infrastructure.
- 4+ years of professional experience (ideally 5-6 years)
- API design
- Working proficiency in English
- Production experience with SQL, PostgreSQL
- Databases and Microservices in Cloud data centres (distributed systems, AWS, Google Cloud or Azure)
