The company is now looking for a Director of Infrastructure:
Tasks:
Tasks:
- Overall responsible for all infrastructure, offices and production environments, within the company. Both strategically and operationally
- Advocate responsibility and sense of urgency for all things operational – drive improved reliability and availability, explore and support new tools, technologies, and platforms
- Drive the vision and execution of our systems infrastructure organization internally to the company
- Promote our vision in an external manner as well through external speaking engagements with industry partners
- Ensure close collaboration with all Engineering departments for proper usage of, deployment to, performance, and scaling of our platforms
- Full budget responsibility, both planning and executing
- Frequent travel to our other locations will be required
Must-have:
- 10+ years of senior managerial experience (Including managing a support and infrastructure team)
- Experience within the gaming industry
- Academic qualifications
- A varied technical understanding and background including production environments on-prem, in the Cloud, and for end users
- Extremely strong communication skills
- Ambition, strategic mindset, ability to be proactive and to work within a busy sales environment
- A solid understanding of the industry trends, with the ability to analyze future trends
