The company is now looking for a Director of Payments Engineering:
Tasks:
Tasks:
- Payment Technology Strategy: develop and implement a comprehensive payments technology strategy, aligning it with the company's objectives
- Payment System Development: lead the design, development, and maintenance of payment systems, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Payment Processing: oversees the end-to-end payment processing, including transaction handling, fraud prevention, and reconciliation
- Payment Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect financial data and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Innovation: stay current with emerging payment technologies and trends, and drive innovation in payment solutions
- Compliance: ensure compliance with relevant payment industry regulations and standards
- Team Leadership: manage and mentor a team of payments engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth
Must-have:
- Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in development
- 3+ years of experience in the leadership role
- Experience with C#
- Proven experience in payments engineering or a related field, with a strong background in payment technology
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in payment processing, security, and risk management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with payment industry regulations and compliance
