Senior React Developer

SpotOn is Norway's first fully digital electrician service. They are an in-house startup developed and financed by one of Norway's fastest-growing companies Elektroimportøren AS, a wholesaler of electrical equipment that challenged the industry. With SpotOn, the company takes new steps to help people get the job done.
Right now, SpotOn is looking for Senior Front-end Developer who will have a central role in their cross-functional team and in the development of SpotOn as a service. You'll be responsible for the frontend but work closely with the rest of the product team as they translate challenges and goals into smart solutions.

Building SpotOn is a team effort and this is reflected in the way they work. You will not just be handed tasks but have a key role and voice in the process from exploration to release. Together with the rest of the team you’ll continuously work to improve the service for all stakeholders, including customers, electricians, caseworkers, customer service and more.

Must-have skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in developing complex and customer-facing websites / digital services.
  • Good experience with JavaScript and React, familiar with Next.js and SSR.
  • Experience of working closely with designers to turn business requirements and user needs into usable solutions.
  • Bonus if you have experience with all phases of a product development process, from idea collection to delivery of a working product.
