Integration Engineer

Born out of an unmet need, MOV.AI is a Robotics Engine platform based on ROS and packaged in intuitive web based interface. It contains everything needed to build, deploy and operate intelligent robots. MOV.AI completely changes the way Autonomous Mobile Robots are developed, in terms of time to market, cost and flexibility. It provides AMR manufacturers and integrators with the tools they need to create great robots quickly, allowing users to benefit from automation products that are as flexible as the age we live in. MOV.AI is changing AMRs as we know them.
Right now, MOV.AI is looking for an Integration Engineer to help integrate the MOV.AI software in robots and AGVs to make them autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers and developing new solutions.

Tasks:
  • Responsible for integrating the MOV.AI software in new robots
  • Provide guidance to clients on hardware solutions/architecture
  • Definition of hardware/software interfaces between the MOV.AI software and robots (AMRs)
  • Development of dedicated software and functionalities for robots (AMRs)
  • Responsible for setting up and testing the final robotic solution
  • Project management and client communication.
Must-have:
  • Experience developing in Python and/or C++ 
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in robotic systems (real-world robot systems in lab and/or industry)
  • Past experience (or knowledge) with hardware (sensors/actuators/controllers)
  • BSc/MSc in mechanical/electrical engineering (or equivalent)
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with ROS
