Description
They are seeking to strengthen their cross-functional scrum team with an experienced Solution Designer to join its final customer in Lisbon in a project related to Atlassian applications (JIRA and Confluence) management.
Tasks:
Tasks:
- Implementation of configurations in JIRA from simple to complex scale (customization of schemes, workflow, etc)
- Implementation of automation (via plugins from the marketplace like ScriptRunner or by implementing through apps development)
- Analysis of business requirements and creation of technical solutions based on JIRA and Confluence Atlassian solution
- Design of solution documents, best practices, guidelines etc
- Troubleshooting on JIRA SW and Confluence issues. Performance issues investigation
Must-have:
- Experience with most common Atlassian marketplace apps and how to approach the selection process covering various aspects - from technical, maintenance/support, security, costs, etc
- Experience with ScriptRunner, Groovy Scripting and in general to build automation with RestAPI
- Experience with SQL query and JIRA DB Schema
- JIRA SW Advanced Administration
- Confluence Advanced Administration
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Agile at scale frameworks (SAFe)
- Cloud Technologies (GCP or Azure/AWS)
- Understanding of Product Lifecycle processes
