Technical Project Manager

Shield redefines the way enterprises manage and mitigate communications compliance risks by applying advanced AI, NLP, and visualization capabilities.
Tasks:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for complex implementation projects with larger clients
  • Develop project plans, timelines, coordinate resources, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Run the day-to-day implementation process internally and externally
  • On-time delivery within quality and budget
  • Create status reports, present updates, and communicate risks and issues as they arise, for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify areas for improvement in the implementation process and work to implement changes that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of future projects
  • Matrix management of internal resources, such as RnD, Product, Operations
  • Engage and follow up with internal teams to speed up the implementation process
Must-have:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project manager for any SaaS company, project accountability
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ability to create relationships with the customers
  • Technical understanding of Cloud, Linux, scripts, or infrastructure as a code
  • Resourcefulness and Problem-solving skills
  • Extraordinary communication skills
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial style, eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient English level
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with cloud solutions (AWS preferred)
  • Familiarity with scripts or infrastructure as a code
  • Knowledge of Linux administration
