Remote Design Director

Remote
ADBRO is the high impact marketing channel driving results for clients with guaranteed outcomes. Their platform processes thousands of requests per second, handles up to 100k sockets, stores tens of millions of events, and serves terabytes of traffic every day. Also, ADBRO has an exclusive inventory, in-house advertisement production for the largest brands, and multiple integrations with main DSPs, including Google Display & Video 360 and The Trade Desk.
Right now they are looking for a Remote Design Director who knows how does digital advertising work, how eye-catching creatives are made and how to manage the design team.

Tasks
  • Transforming Client briefs into Designer-friendly tasks
  • Managing production team members workload (6 full-time employees including sub-team)
  • Controlling the creatives quality, collecting and processing the feedback
  • Setting up and optimizing internal team processes; mentoring, teaching and hiring
  • Taking the "playing coach" role when needed
Must have:
  • 2+ years experience as a Director/Lead/Head
  • Experience managing Digital Advertising teams
  • Strong Digital Advertising portfolio, experience with Motion and Interactive design
  • Ability to justify the decision made and stand up for it in front of the Client
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe CC suite
  • Fluent B2-C1 English
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with the South-East Asia market
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Slack and Google Workplace
  • Knowledge of the modern web and advertising technologies
