Right now, ADBRO is looking for a Recruiter to help them find perfect candidates in APAC.

  • Establish the full cycle of the recruitment process 
  • Active sourcing and attracting sales, marketers and other specialists in the APAC countries
  • Prepare job ads and post them to appropriate sources  
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods 
  • Evaluate candidates' soft and hard skills 
  • Monitor and apply HR and recruiting best practices 
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team 
  • Build influential and trustful relationships with the candidates 
  • Analyze and choose ATS and keep candidates database up to date
  • 3+ years in recruiting
  • Experience with different ATS
  • Experience in sales or marketing hiring
  • Expert user of LinkedIn and other tools for attracting candidates
  • Strong emailing culture
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Fluent English 
  • Ability to work in Timezone GMT+8
