Tasks:
  • Work in an agile Kanban team 
  • Plan and design and implement software applications, components, and interfaces 
  • Perform pair programming and pull request reviews 
  • Trusted to work in the best way possible and have flexible working hours
Must-have:
  • 5 years experience with Scala development
  • Very good understanding of web applications and RESTful web service development
  • Experience with Elastic Search preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL in use)
  • Linux toolchain
  • In-depth experience of the software development lifecycle and working in Agile teams
  • In-depth experience with code repositories such as git, including branching and merging flows
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
  • Teamwork and customer communication skills
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have:
  • Understanding of React, TypeScript and CSS is an advantage
