Tasks:
- Work in an agile Kanban team
- Plan and design and implement software applications, components, and interfaces
- Perform pair programming and pull request reviews
- Trusted to work in the best way possible and have flexible working hours
Must-have:
- 5 years experience with Scala development
- Very good understanding of web applications and RESTful web service development
- Experience with Elastic Search preferred
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL in use)
- Linux toolchain
- In-depth experience of the software development lifecycle and working in Agile teams
- In-depth experience with code repositories such as git, including branching and merging flows
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Teamwork and customer communication skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have:
- Understanding of React, TypeScript and CSS is an advantage
