QA Engineer

DreamApply is a student recruitment system for higher education institutions launched in 2011. DreamApply has revolutionised the way universities work with international applicants from interest to enrolment.
Tasks:
  • Working within the QA team to maintain and expand a Python Playwright webapp test suite
    and an API test suite.
  • Manual testing of new webapp features.
  • Monitoring releases for regression and assisting in patching.
  • Authoring clear reproducible issue reports.
Must-have:
  • 3+ years of practical experience writing, maintaining, and scaling automated test suites using
    Python and Playwright.
  • Strong understanding of complex, data-driven web applications. Deep knowledge of front-
    end and back-end interactions to effectively diagnose root causes.
  • Proven track record in both desktop and mobile manual testing, with a deliberate strategy
    for converting manual test cases into reliable automated scripts.
  • Routine experience using Docker for local test environments and managing test automation
    with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with accessibility testing standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2, screen readers,
    keyboard navigation).
  • You speak excellent English as a working language.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
