Our client's application enables businesses to simplify and automate inspection workflows. Companies are able to create digital forms, perform inspections via an intuitive mobile app, report issues immediately, and solve them with teammates while analyzing all data with ease. This not only saves time but also increases quality and safety in comparison to current paper-based processes. Now they are looking for a Scrum Master who loves to make developers productive in order to transform a huge untapped market with an irresistible product.

Tasks:
  • Translate epics and stories into actionable tasks for developers
  • Specify technical details of the tasks together with the development team
  • Moderate all scrum ceremonies and meetings
  • Continuously improve scrum and development process
  • Create and keep updated the following documents: user guides, release notes, troubleshooting documentation, FAQs, etc.
  • Protect the team from distractions, overload and scope creep
  • Make sure all developers work on the right tasks
  • Support the development team by removing blockers and by addressing internal hurdles
  • Work closely with experienced product manager and ensure prepared tickets for 2 sprints together
  • Communicate with customer success managers, designers, and sales managers about developer’s tasks
  • Focus on: existing product development
Must-have:
  • 1+ years experience as a scrum master or product manager
  • Alternatively, the candidate is a former engineer and wants to change to a scrum master position
  • Good knowledge about the scrum process and agile development
  • Detail-oriented and a problem-solver: get to the root of a problem and like to solve it in an appropriate way and manner, no matter what
  • Excellent communication skills, love to resolve conflicts
  • Great coordinator who always likes to be on top of things
  • Fluent in English - written and verbally
  • Ability to work fully remotely
