Remote Senior 3D Unity Generalist Artist

They are currently seeking a Senior 3D Unity Generalist Artist to help the team on their next adventure. The ideal candidate enjoys putting their skills and knowledge to use in a variety of styles.

  • Create any kind of 3D assets in different styles and pipelines specifically among the videogame industry
  • Work with different types of assets such as characters or environment props
  • Define the pipelines that will be followed in a project
  • Assist in leading the juniors and completing estimations or other documentation
  • Work on projects achieving expected visual goals and style without fully defined blueprints
  • Utilizing the art creation pipelines, asset exporting, and process automation workflows
  • Making reports and working with documentation
  • Strong in organic, stylized modelling
  • 5+ years experience and involved in various game developments
  • Strong knowledge of Unity
  • Knowledge of the standard 3D packages, 3Ds max, Maya, Blender, etc.
  • Proficient skills in illumination and RT rendering
  • Good understanding of which style and visuals are expected in each task or project
  • Capability to lead or at least assist workmates
  • Capability to interact with customers
  • Ability to answer and help workmates regarding specific 3D tasks
  • Professional working English proficiency
  • 2D background or tech background
  • Tech Experience with Unreal assets integration or illumination
  • Non-RT Rendering skills
  • 3D animation/rigging skills
  • Ongoing training and professional self-improvement opportunities
