Our client is a GameDev startup based in Zürich, Switzerland. The startup is in stealth mode founded by film director from the Universal Pictures, Hollywood and game dev veterans. They are building an exciting narrative mobile game that pushes the boundaries of what has been done.

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Manager to champion our game's community and foster growth, engagement, and excitement across various platforms.

Tasks:
  •  Be the strongest advocate for our game's community through proactive player outreach, relationship building, and gathering community feedback across social and media channels.
  • Help shape the game’s development and influence design decisions by representing our players.
  • Cultivate and empower super fans to actively participate in the community, share ideas, and connect with each other.
  • Manage communities on platforms such as Twitter, TikTok, email, Discord, and more. (Leveraging existing contacts at social media platforms for additional support is a plus!)
  • Collaborate with the broader team to achieve company goals.
Must-have:
  • Proven experience in community building and audience management, preferably in gaming.
  • Empathy and a genuine care for players.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong knowledge of email/CRM best practices.
  • Solid understanding of social media KPIs.
  • A passion for mobile, narrative games or dating sims is a plus!
