PRIMAL is building an AI-native movie studio. We’re backed by some amazing VCs as well as top-tier Hollywood investors.
We're looking for highly creative people who understand what makes audiences keep watching.
You don't need Hollywood experience. Some of our best candidates may come from YouTube, TikTok, gaming, advertising, or other forms of digital storytelling.
If you know how to create compelling stories, hooks, cliffhangers, and characters, we'd love to talk.
What You'll Do
- Develop new series concepts.
- Guide AI to generate episodes and improve them.
- Review and edit story outlines and scripts.
- Create compelling characters, conflicts, and emotional arcs.
- Make every episode more engaging and binge-worthy.
- Collaborate with our AI, product, and creative teams.
- Help build the future of AI-generated entertainment.
We're Looking For People Who Have
- Strong storytelling instincts.
- Experience creating narrative content in any format.
- Excellent taste and commercial instincts.
- Ability to spot weak stories and make them better.
- Fast iteration and willingness to experiment.
- Curiosity about AI and new creative tools.
