Our client is a platform company that replaces traditional ticket-based workflows with agent-powered automation and real-time orchestration Their product is intended for enterprise IT operation.
Description
Tasks:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend technologies and APIs.
- Implement and manage Docker deployments and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with AI and frontend engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
Must-have:
- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Graph Databases and PostgreSQL
- Cloud experience with AWS
- CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI (or similar alternatives)
- Proven track record of architecting backend systems
- Evidence of contributing to long-term projects (12+ months)
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade systems at scale
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)

- Interview with Founding Engineer (45 min) – Technical / System Design.
- Interview with CTO (45 min) – System Design.
- Interview with CEO (30 min) – System Design & Previous Projects.
