Description
We're looking for an experienced full-stack JavaScript developer to join our client delivery team. You’ll work directly with both startups and established companies in Europe and the US - scoping work, gathering requirements, creating specs, and switching between projects and stacks as needed.

- Build and maintain full-stack applications for multiple clients
- Communicate with clients directly in English
- Provide estimates, clarify requirements and manage expectations
Must-have:
- 3+ years of commercial experience
- Strong in JavaScript and Node.js, comfortable learning new stacks
- Experience with relational databases, PostgreSQL preferred
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities
Nice-to-have:
- TypeScript, React, React Native or Ruby on Rails
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor or GitHub Copilot or willingness to learn
