TraceAir is a cloud‑based construction site intelligence platform tailored for homebuilders and land developers. It leverages drone-captured 3D topographic scans, processed overnight, to give teams fast, accurate, centimeter-level insights into project sites .
Tasks:
  • Define team structure, roles, and budget to support business goals and maintain efficiency
  • Lead GIS talent acquisition, onboarding, and team development in collaboration with HR
  • Manage and grow a high-performing remote-first team with clear goals, expectations, and performance tracking
  • Resolve conflicts, foster collaboration, and ensure ongoing professional development
  • Oversee GIS workflows to ensure data quality and SLA compliance
  • Identify and address workflow gaps using analytics and cross-functional collaboration
  • Report on KPIs and align with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams for smooth delivery
Must-have:
  • Software knowledge: GIS (QGIS, ArcGIS etc), AutoCAD, any photogrammetric software (Photoscan, Pix4D, Photomod etc) 
  • English language skills: C1-C2 (Fluent)
  • Experience working with spatial data in GIS, knowledge of global and local coordinate systems
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial position
  • Proven ability to manage, restructure and grow teams during periods of transformation or relocation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration
